Our journey

The PMR business has worked in industrial refrigeration for more than two decades. The current company, P.M. Refrigeration Private Limited, was incorporated in 2017 and continues that work.

"PMR has always been built around relationships."

When I look at PMR's journey, what I value most is not how much the business has grown. It is the relationships we have built along the way.

For more than 20 years we have worked with refrigeration contractors, plant operators and engineers across India. Many of them have been with us for a long time. They taught us that the product is only one part of the job. The other part is being there when a plant has a problem, understanding what the customer really needs, and telling them honestly what will work.

We have grown step by step, and we will keep doing it that way. Every customer who calls us today should get the same attention our first customers did.
